Why a buyer doesn't get a notification after we call refund API successfully?

Currently, The positive return of a refund API call doesn't means Alipay finish the refund process. In fact, the refund API is to submit a refund application. The success of refund API call means the application has been received. The actual refund action will be taken asynchronously.
