Where can I issue a refund?

You can call the refund API to issue a refund, or issue a refund at Alipay Merchant Portal.

To issue a refund at Alipay Merchant Portal, sign in your account, go to My Transaction -> Transaction Info, and then click Refund for the corresponding transaction.
