Please note that to facilitate with the reconciliation purpose of refund transactions, the following field has been added in the Offline Transaction File and Offline Settlement File for Tmall International payment transactions and Cross-border Online Payment transactions since 2019-01-21: Original_partner_transaction_ID (out_trade_no).
